We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through India Post (Speed Post / Registered Post) and trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. Any applicable shipping charges for special/oversized items, if any, will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before payment.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details (AWB/consignment number) via email and/or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status by logging into My Account.
Every gemstone and Rudraksha is securely packed in tamper-proof, protective packaging along with the original lab certificate (where applicable) to ensure it reaches you safely.
Our courier and India Post partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and that your shipping address and phone number are correct and reachable. Gemshub International is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer, or for delays caused by the courier/postal service beyond our control.
If a package is refused at the time of delivery or remains unclaimed and is returned to us, the order amount paid (excluding any shipping/handling charges already incurred) will be processed as per our Refund Policy; such cases are treated as non-refundable for the shipping component.
In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos/details. We will investigate with our shipping partner and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
COD is available for select products and locations, and will be shown at checkout if applicable. A nominal COD handling charge may apply, which will be displayed before you place the order.
